Guidelines for the build-up

For the set-up, all persons wishing to enter the Essen exhibition centre will require set-up passes, which will be scanned at the entrances.
Exhibitors will automatically receive a number of set-up passes by e-mail. The exhibitor must pass these set-up passes to all service providers/people working on the stand. At the entrances these set-up passes will be scanned and you will receive a wristband, which must be worn visibly on your wrist! Exhibitors can use their exhibitor passes for set-up.
